KetoSwitch The Switch is a dynamic and extremely powerful strategy designed to maximize healthy weight loss. These are also part of The Switch program.

The Switch is based on the belief that weight loss should be about a healthy lifestyle change. The Switch plan utilizes techniques that are highly effective, healthy, AND enjoyable. The diet, designed by Certified Nutrition Specialist, Jill Cruz, MS, addresses the fact that there is no one way of eating that is right for everyone. There are two major effective weight loss strategies: carb restriction and calorie restriction. For carb restriction, low carb and high fat or the ketogenic style of eating is best. For calorie restriction, a diet rich in veggies and healthy fiber is best. There are also some simple lifestyle changes that can help shift your body into maximum fat-burning, including leptin and blood sugar control. Exercise is also key to weight loss so we work on finding a healthy exercise plan that is realistic AND inspiring. For those doing everything right and not able to lose weight we need to look at weight loss blocking factors such as stress and hormonal imbalances. This diet is not only delicious, it is also anti-inflammatory, which helps alleviate one of the biggest blockers to weight loss. It is also sustainable! It's not about dieting, it's not about counting calories or carbs, it's not about suffering, it's not about a quick fix. It's about understanding your body's own needs.
