I had a chance to treat a knee strain/sprain today due to a skiing injury at Snowmass. I just wish it wasn't my wife who was injured. Hopefully the M7 laser will speed up the recovery.

I attended my first and hopefully last Colorado Chiropractic Association Seminar via Zoom this past weekend. I have some great tips to share on staying healthy this winter and how to keep your body and immune system strong. I will be joining other local businesses in Rifle and the surrounding area to keep the public informed on preventing illness and injury. There will be prizes offered for those paying attention.
