Come celebrate the opening of our new location with us!

We’ve lowered the drop in to $8 so come try it out if you haven’t yet - or come on back and check it out if it’s been a while!

Every day we will have you put your name in a raffle, the following day we will draw and announce the winner in stories! We will also contact you 😉.

Slide two has all the awesome prizes we are offering - we’ll feature them and tell you more about them as well!

Okay, the Studio Selfie Challenge - we can’t wait to see what kinds of ways you take pics in the space😎. Take a selfie, anywhere in the studio (get creative!), tag us (it’s how we’ll keep track of your “entry”) and make sure you aren’t private otherwise we won’t see you tagged us. At the end of the celebration we will put your names in a jar and draw one to win a free one mont unlimited membership!

We also have TWO Saturday classes both Saturdays during the opening celebration - one at 7am and one at 9am.

Breathwork is this Friday and a Simple Soundbath will be the following!

Thank you for being excited with us and also patient while we continue to finish out the space each day. We truly love you all and it’s been the best experience watching you take in the hard work we’ve put in because we care about YOUR experience.

We are OPEN!!! 🥳🥳🥳

Come see our new Yoga + Pilates studio space.

We’ve combined both communities into one and it has felt so good seeing you ALL in here!

Feels like the two halves of our heart have become whole 🥰

Here are your updates!
• address is 4738 Thunderbird Loop, Rexburg
• studio 1 isn’t ready to hold classes so you’ll see some canceled just this week on the app, but next week we will be running both every day!
• it is still a bit of a construction zone as they are finishing everything out. We appreciate the patience with the process. It’s also fun to see what’s changed each time you come in!
• get excited because this weekend we’re starting a celebration week!

Know what’s fun? Moving into a building so brand new it’s not even on maps yet 😅.

Our new name!

🥳Novaum | Yoga, Pilates + Wellness🥳

New building, more offerings and a new name.

We will always be 🤍The Yoga Studio🤍, it’s just living inside this one now.

In the new building you will feel the same and see everything from the other spaces.

The change will happen over the next several weeks.

What will change:
• IG name
• website
• branding on the building + media
• app icon (at some point)

What won’t change:
• us ;)
• our core classes
• the app (for now!)
• and everything else

Same owners, same teachers, same classes with some new ones and some new teachers! ❤️

Thank you for all your patience as we’ve been so so busy with this and the building.

CURRENT SCHEDULE FOR THE NEW LOCATION:
• last Rigby building class | Wednesday night
• last Rexburg building class | Thursday night
• CLOSED Friday + Saturday so we can get it all set back up!
• OPEN Sunday 9:45am (for the 10am class) in the new building!

The address may not show up for a bit, so we will have a link with a pin. And we will be posting videos and all sorts of info!

We are so excited about what this will bring to our community. We aren’t just Yoga anymore, we have been adding more for YOU.

Our name will reflect that!

🥹Big changes are happening and they are GOOD.

We felt like it was the right time to combine communities in an even more beautiful space and with that another significant change.

We’ve been around a long time and we have wonderful, beautiful memories and some dang good hilarious stories! We will be sharing them along with all of the new studio updates!

Get ready for all sorts of posts and updates! 🥳

Whaaat!?! The THIRD year in a row YOU made us the entire state of Idaho’s most favorite best Yoga Studio. 🥹

We would like to thank all of you for not only tolerating the text’s and emails about it (🙈) but also for taking the time to VOTE!

Reading your reviews and your messages mean more than you can know. We truly love you and it’s why we are STILL here 🥰

Even though the move to North Rexburg (right off the Thornton/Bear World exit) might feel a little scary it was the only way we could continue - we put ourselves right in the middle of both communities we serve.

Literally! 5 minutes from each exit that leads to the two studios. We recognize how important this space and practice is for so many of you and are doing all we can to keep it around.

While we would have loved to have gone to the *correct* awards ceremony, we are in the final stretch of finishing your new studio!

Gestures like this - though it may seem small are actually everything to us and one of the ways we feel appreciated.

Now… do I order the “colorful” plaque or the pretty black and gold one? 😂😉
