✨Big announcement…

I’m so excited to share that I’m officially a Certified Birth Doula and am now accepting clients in Idaho Falls and surrounding areas.

Birth was a truly life-changing experience for me. After a traumatic first birth, I later experienced a healing VBAC at home surrounded by incredible support. That experience showed me how powerful it is for a woman to feel safe, informed, and deeply supported during birth - and it inspired me to become a doula.

Now I have the honor of supporting other women through one of the most transformative moments of their lives.

As a doula, I have experience in:

• Natural & unmedicated birth
• VBAC
• Home birth
• Hospital birth
• Induction
• C-section
• Breastfeeding & postpartum support

Alongside my doula services, I also create handmade maternal wellness products designed to support women through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum.

✨ Full circle moment ✨

I’m beyond honored and so excited to share that my business display is now at Selah Midwifery Center — the amazing team that supported me throughout my pregnancy. While I ended up welcoming my daughter, Amelia, at home with their guidance, having my work displayed in the space that was such a big part of my journey feels like a full 360 moment. 💛

It’s humbling, surreal, and such a blessing to share my products with other parents in a place that gave me so much care and support. I hope these products bring comfort and care to anyone navigating their pregnancy and postpartum journey, just as I experienced. 🫶

This is so good for support people to understand! You may want to find a solution to her pain during the hardest part of labor, but all she may really need is to know that you believe in her. And I think that you really have to believe it, because she will know if you don’t.
