Hey friends! I invited you to my page because I feel we can all benefit from encouragement and accountability going in to the New Year. Whether you’re looking for weightloss, wellness, physical inspiration or just a mental positive pick-me-up or boost you are welcome here. 🌻

It is my treehouse-and no boyz allowed! ❤️ lol. At least I didn’t invite any- not even Jared. ❤️ women supporting women ya know? It’s a mental thing for me.

Anyway: who am I? 🌻

My name is Elizabeth LaFavor, I am 36 years old, I love God, my husband and most people. 💕

I love to run, 🏃🏽‍♀️and have goals to run in a Thanksgiving turkey trot this year! (it’s been a while since I ran in a real race!).

I write goals every month. 🌻

I was diagnosed with bipolar and people tell me I’m relatable and inspirational. I try, most days, I try. 🎭

I love 🌻sunflowers🌻 and baking and meal prep. I love positivity but I also like to be real and I don’t sugar coat things. I struggle but I overcome. Every day.

Progress over perfection-it’s what’s for dinner! 2 pounds fresh ground deer, 2 cans green beans, 1 can corn, 3 cups of rice! We’ve been over doing it on sweets and treats and today Jared checked his sugars and they were really high. Soo we put the cake away and I made s meal from scratch. What I love about this meal is each ingredient is just 1 ingredients: deer, rice, corn, green beans, salt, sage, thyme, garlic, rosemary, oil. And tasty! And lunches for tomorrow!!

3 reasons I use Xr2 every single night:

🌻I have struggled with sleep (in and out of hospitals, literally tried all prescriptions even the harmful ones also hypnosis.. EVERYTHING) my whole life. And because of Xr2, that struggle is over!

🌻Sometimes at night, when I’m too wound up from a busy day, I take one and it brings me to a stable brain space.

🌻I’ve noticed when I take them at night, I don’t wake up to snack! (But I do wake up to p*e!!) it’s naturally formulated to help with night cravings.
