We hear it everyday, “Doc, I’ve tried EVERYTHING to try to get rid of this muscle tightness and nothing has worked yet”. A muscle that isn’t responding to treatment most often has underlying nerve tension that is causing the muscle to misfire. By doing adjustments to the affected areas to help the nerves function properly, stubborn tension starts to disappear! 🪄
