In a Yin practice we hold postures for 3-5 minutes. This gives your system a chance to settle in, allowing for deeper work into your fascia and joints.

This also gives your nervous system time to calm itself as you breathe slowly and deeply to ease tension and stress.

You'll find Yin multiple times and days on our schedule because we appreciate it so much!
