Medicaid Patients (PeachState, CareSource, Amerigroup, etc) If Dr. Ho or one of our other provider's is not listed as the P*P on your insurance card this will need to be changed. To speed up the process, you can contact the # on the back of your insurance card before your next appointment and ask to switch it or it will have to be done in office before going back to be seen. As we gear up to celebrate the 4th of July, please remember that fireworks can be dangerous when not handled properly.

Here are a few quick safety tips:

🔥 Only use fireworks where legal and in open outdoor areas.

🧯 Always keep a bucket of water or hose nearby.

👀 Never allow young children to handle fireworks.

🚫 Never relight a “dud” firework, wait 20 minutes and then soak it.

👂 Protect your eyes and ears with proper gear.

Let’s all celebrate safely and responsibly so emergency crews can enjoy the holiday too!
