Promise Pediatrics will OPEN at 8AM even though the schools are on a delay. Call if we can do anything to help.

From Catoosa County Public Schools: CCPS will operate on a two-hour delay on Monday, Dec. 15, due to dangerously low temperatures. With more than 6,500 students waiting at bus stops, this delay ensures safer conditions for bus riders and student drivers.

At this time, DPH is projecting that Georgia WIC will have sufficient funding to continue program operations through approximately mid-November. However, a break in WIC benefits could occur due to an extended federal government shutdown. DPH continues to evaluate options to extend WIC benefits as long as possible. WIC participants should continue to attend appointments and use the eWIC card at authorized Georgia WIC vendors until otherwise directed. For more information, visit wic.ga.gov.

Promise Pediatrics would like to remember a wonderful, Southern lady Sherri Koch Shaw. Sherri was a key person in opening Promise Pediatrics in 2001. Over the years she came to the rescue of our office many times with her knowledge on how to run a doctor's office, how to manage insurance companies, and how to find top notch staff. She was always willing to help regardless of her own benefit. She loved well and will be truly missed. We are praying for her family during this time of loss. May God be with you all. RIP in our Lord's hands Sherri Shaw.
