Join me Wednesdays at 7 pm at the totally dreamy Tree of Life Shoppe ! Class will be offered in-person or via Zoom and is appropriate for students of all levels of experience.

FOR THOSE ATTENDING IN-PERSON: Students may pre-register at $10 per class by messaging the Shoppe or myself. Drop-in rate is $14 at the door.

FOR THOSE ATTENDING VIA ZOOM: Message on Instagram or Facebook to register and receive the link. Registration closes one hour before classtime, so do plan ahead!

Please dress comfortably for movement, bring a yoga mat and water, and arrive 10 minutes prior to class time to register and set up your space. Also helpful would be a yoga block and small hand towel.
