My gifts today were feathers..the first one was what I found at my back door and then a client who is a hunter brought me a wing of a turkey to use during my practice. Turkey Medicine, this will make a beautiful tool for smudging.

Turkey medicine is the path of sacred reciprocity. In the old ways, Turkey is the one who teaches give-away — the art of offering yourself to Life with no fear of depletion. It’s the consciousness of abundance that comes from knowing the Source is you, and you are the Source.

Essence of Turkey medicine:

• Sacred generosity. Not giving from lack, but from overflow. The wing enters your practice to amplify that field.
• Grounded abundance. Turkey walks close to the Earth, reminding you that prosperity isn’t an idea — it is a frequency carried in the body.

The bears are preparing to dream. Soon they will curl into the dark womb of the earth, surrendering to winter’s long sleep. In their stillness we are reminded of the old ancestral rhythm—rest, retreat, renewal.

Just as the bear journeys inward, we too are called to listen to the quiet voice within. To gather the year’s learnings close, to descend into our own inner caves where spirit whispers and the roots of the soul grow strong.

Bear teaches us that rest is sacred, that silence holds wisdom, and that in the darkness seeds of new life are sown.

As soon as I placed these bear stones in my shop, they found their keepers straight away—proof that Bear’s medicine was already reaching out to those who needed it most. 🐾✨

I am designing a class that takes participants on a meditative walk in nature while channeling the crow spirit to discover natural materials like leaves sticks flowers and rocks for creating earth art. This is a powerful way to quiet the mind and find inner balance. I also intend to incorporate sound-making into this class using rattles shakers claves and drums to foster grounding. Please share your thoughts and I am open to including children in this adventure. 🤔

New growth for all three of us! According to folklore, a person's growth can be gauged by the health of their plants. I recently noticed new growth in my plants after a period of dormancy, which mirrored my personal growth journey. By prioritizing healing and self-care, I was able to break through this stagnant phase. Observing your plants can be a valuable tool for tracking your own progress.
