It's that time of year again, but this year I have an important PSA about the gift of massage. Please read on if you plan on buying a massage gift certificate from me or anywhere else!
Look, massage can benefit pretty much anyone BUT not everyone enjoys massage. What!? Crazy, I know! So, when deciding who to buy a massage for ask yourself these questions:
1) Have they ever expressed disinterest in massage, or is always too busy to get one?
While you may think they need it - this person will likely never get around to booking a massage. Sad, but true.
2) Would this be their first ever massage?
While you think they need it, this may be overwhelming for some people who need to work up the courage. Who knows when they'll be ready? And they might forget about the certificate before they're ready.
3) Do they have a tendency to lose gift certificates?
This might not be a good gift if they lose it 😭
But all is not lost! Here are the people who would love the gift of massage:
1) The person who already comes regularly! Treat them to continuing their self-health!
2) The person who says "I need a massage but my budget it tight! I wish I could go more often!"
3) Someone who loves massage and just needs that extra excuse to get in🥰
