Photograph of George and Nettie Park Stevens circa 1880s. George Stevens, a son of William and Zillah Stevens, was born in Ringwood on July 1, 1859. He married Nettie Park in McHenry County on October 7, 1884. Nettie Park, a daughter of Charles and Mary Claxton Park, was born in Ringwood on December 5, 1864. Their children were Agnes (1885-1893), Harold (born 1888). Zillah (born 1891) and Charles (born 1893). George Stevens died in Ringwood on August 28, 1930. Nettie Stevens died in 1901. She is buried with her husband in the Ringwood Cemetery.
