Reiki knows. You dont have to force or try to control it. The energy naturally goes where it's needed.
It moves with intention, guiding you back home to yourself ✨️

The practitioner is only a channel for the energy. Reiki activates the body's natural ability to heal itself. Therefore, the practitioner is NOT the one doing the healing. YOU ARE!

No healing modality in the world is going to "save you" unless you are willing to travel back to yourself for the healing.
Back to those deep, dark places and patterns that are begging to be acknowledged. The parts of our self that we've deemed ugly and unworthy of love, those are the parts that need love the most.

🎉Celebrating 1 year🎉

Hello world, it’s me, Kris 😊

In honor of my one-year celebration as a Reiki Practitioner I thought it would be fun to tell you a little about myself and make an announcement of my rates changing.

♡I was born and raised in Humboldt County and have recently returned to my hometown of Rio Dell to rewrite my story♾️

♡I am a mom of 2 amazing, grown sons and a Mimi to a beautiful granddaughter🥰

♡I am blessed to have an incredible, supportive partner of 25 years❤️

♡I have spent the last two decades working in healthcare. From in home care, state certified medical assistant, plant life advocator, to Reiki practitioner.

♡I completed my Reiki Masters in March 2024📿

♡Getting diagnosed with multiple “auto immune disorders” sent me deep into my own spiritual healing journey 5 years ago. This is where “The journey home” began for me.

♡I LOVE spending time in nature. From the redwoods to the ocean, you’ll always catch me exploring🌲🌊🌞🌈

♡I am a volunteer at the Rio Dell community center and will be leading the community garden this year🌱🌻🍎🥕🥬🌽🍄

♡I love books and journals! Reading and writing have been a huge part of my healing journey 📚

♡I facilitated a women’s group for 2 years and LOVE to work and attend women’s retreats.

♡I am Libra, which means I am a seeker of harmony and balance in all areas of life ♎️

♡I am a life path 11, which means I am “The inspired healer” who is here to use her own story and intuition to help others in their healing journey ✨️

♡I LOVE helping people!! Being of service to my community brings me so much joy 🙏

📣I will be raising my rates from $60 to $80 a session starting on the astrological new year, March 20, 2025.
I try my best to keep my cost low in these challenging financial times, while honoring the priceless value of Reiki, as well as my own time and energy being spent.
