🌟We’re excited to share that Lysandra Vela, MSN, APRN, FNP-C has joined our practice to help us continue providing compassionate, high-quality care to our community. 🌟

Lysandra is a Family Nurse Practitioner raised in Starr County, Texas, with over 10 years of healthcare experience caring for patients of all ages. As a mother of three and a family-oriented provider, she understands the importance of trust, communication, and patient-centered care.

She is known for her empathetic approach and for taking the time to listen, answer questions, and clearly explain diagnoses and treatment options. Lysandra believes that education plays a vital role in healing and enjoys empowering patients and families to make informed decisions about their health.

Her background includes experience in hospital, home health, long-term care, and primary care settings, with clinical interests in preventive care, chronic disease management, pediatrics, and geriatric care. She is fluent in both English and Spanish and is proud to serve our community with culturally sensitive care.

Lysandra looks forward to getting to know our patients and working alongside our dedicated healthcare team to continue supporting the health and well-being of our community. Please join us in giving her a warm welcome! 💙
