After her 75 min monthly therapeutic massage she
said: ‘I feel
like me again’. Meaning, she was back to her bright, less stressed self! She’ll have a day and 1/2 to rest and then return to her 2 jobs this week. Locally relaxed.

Often a therapeutic massage begins w some crystal singing bowls - always they begin and end w the tingsha bell clearing over feet, midsection and crown. I find sound being grounding and centering for the work.
