I have been a meditation practitioner for a long time; however, in the last year, I have become a facilitator of guided meditations. This is interesting to me because I never thought I would be comfortable recording meditations, let alone having them out in the world for others to hear and use to help others.

Writing, producing, mixing, and editing these meditations has been incredibly satisfying, and there will be more to come. I have more free meditations in the works for subscribers to the newsletter, free video-based meditations that will show up here and on YouTube, and even a way to have individual, intuitive, custom meditations for purchase.

Things are moving along as they should. Finding more of what I am supposed to be doing in life is incredibly fulfilling.

Anyone who knows me knows how vital Meditation has been in my journey. It was my gateway to understanding myself, being present, and calming my nervous system in the most chaotic times.

Practicing meditation was the cornerstone of my discovery of ways to rewire my brain, change my thought patterns, and help my thoughts reorganize to work efficiently with my neurodivergent brain.

I had never thought of creating or facilitating my own meditations until I was asked by Shannon to help her relax and to sleep.

It was the path I had been on the whole time, however, did not realize it.

The feedback was immense and thus calling was heard. It's why I create meditations, general guided meditations and also custom intuitive meditations for those in need of something deeper and more specific.

It's so important to me and I love that I get to share it with the world now.

We are getting everything rolling and open. With that being said, we are offering a free meditation by signing up for The Pneuma Collective Newsletter.

Now, with that being said, we are also working out the bugs of "automation". Which seems to like to send randomly and multiples of the welcome email.

HOWEVER, the bonus of all this understanding of a new system and getting all the bugs worked out, is making sure that you all are getting your gift for jointing the newsletter.

We are giving a FREE 10-minute Night Mediation for signing up.

We have put multiple ways to sign up through our website, through popups, through purchases, and through a landing page.

(In hindsight, this might be part of the problem we are having 😆)

We have created a meditation and ambient track for the Seeds of Light Underground Sound Journey.

This is the ambient track that played during the Seeds of Light Underground Sound Journey at the Strataca Underground Salt Mine on April 26th, 2025. It includes recorded parts from all over the country that Shannon Jarvis had captured. From rainstorms in her backyard to the wildlife in forests and mountains of Washington State, and all places in between. Mixed with magical toning sounds of bees' breath, chimes, and other incredible sounds. This track is 2 Hours and 44 Minutes long and is meant to be the soundtrack to your relaxation, your creativity, and your meditations.

The meditation that we had created specifically for the mine, with the intention of clearing and focusing healing light on your Chakras, is also available.

This meditation is one used to calm your nervous system and help clear your chakras, one-by-one, protecting and infusing them with a healing and calming light, to bring you balance and peace. This is a connection meditation that will help you open and lead with your heart and connect to a world wide grid of love and understanding.

Currently the Ambient Mine Track and Light Embodiment Chakra Meditations are on sale until May 5th as a celebration of the Seeds of Light Underground Sound Journey.

I want to thank everyone who came out to The Seeds of Light Underground Sound Journey at Strataca on Saturday. So many wonderful souls opening to accept the frequencies of love and healing.

River, for checking in all of the wonder people and getting them organized to come down.

I have been working tirelessly to get this off the ground and I have not done it alone.

I work with nature and the world around us a lot. However, when I work with people, I need to be aligned energetically with them.

What does that mean?

I need to know they are their authentic selves, that they are making strides in their healing, and that they are wanting the same thing for other people and the planet itself.

I can't work with people who are othering people, that have hatred for people, or disregard how important nature is.

It shows in the photos. If you're a pure person who loves themselves and loves others, it shows in the photos.

It's not a spiritual thing, it's a human thing. You don't need to be a sound healer, mystic, or psychic. You just have to be an authentic human. (Pets are automatically authentic, that is why I love working with them too).

Sometimes, you take the road less traveled. Sometimes, you see something that makes you stop and stare.

This was one of those moments back in November 2024. I was driving back from Santa Fe as the sun was getting low and decided to take a different route instead of just hopping on the interstate.

I looked over, as the sun was starting to set and the colors struck me, and the majesty of the entire Sandia mountain range viewed from almost 40 miles away, and I had to pull over.

I had no tripod, just me and my camera.

I snapped this photo and felt the quintessential magic that New Mexico offers, whether it's incredible sunsets and sunrises or it's true enchantment of the mountains and peaks all over it's landscape.

Or the combination of both, painting a visual picture that you get to experience almost every single day here.

It never gets old.

2024 everything changed, and I was moving forward on my own. Deepening my understanding and moving forward in my life with love first and an open heart.

I was following something that kept coming to me in meditation, dreams, and more. I will be putting together a collective of artists, healers, musicians and creatives that are aligned and understanding that the world needs us, we don't push agendas, we don't force anything, we offer the alternative to everything you might normally choose. Done with love, spiritual intention, and the idea that people need to have the human connection to really grow.

I had grown this idea to a point of finally taking action on it.

Then, as I prepared to launch, I fell ill. My body, due to stresses that I left unchecked, was letting me know that something as wrong.

This led me to being hospitalized and nearly dying. When I got out, I had a completely new lifestyle to live while remembering my daily practices of meditation, journaling, and intentional being.

I sat and thought, if there is ever a time to begin this, it's now.

So, the Pneuma Collective is open, open to join and share your gifts in energy work, healing, and more. I will be showcasing practitioners and artists from all over, including my own work. I want a place to share all of my friend's amazing practices.

So, it's open; you can join, and we can grow together and find those out there to connect to, heal with, and support.
