For the past two years, she’s been the friendly face greeting residents and guests, keeping the front desk—the hub of our community—running smoothly. From coordinating requests to assisting residents and supporting every department, Rose helps keep daily life at The Neighborhood in Rio Rancho seamless. 🏡

Her favorite part of the job? Staying busy and making a difference each day by helping residents and working alongside her team.

When asked what she’d tell someone considering a role here, Rose says: “You’ll really enjoy it here—the residents are great.”

We’re grateful for Rose’s teamwork and positive energy that keep our community thriving. 🌟

The Neighborhood in Rio Rancho enjoyed a special performance by the Santa Fe Desert Chorale, featuring bass player Marques Jerrell Ruff and pianist Nathan Salazar. Their talent and artistry brought a wonderful sense of harmony and togetherness to our community.

Our Story

The Neighborhood in Rio Rancho opened as one of the nation’s first Life Plan Retirement Community’s in April 2016. As Life Plan Community, the Neighborhood is designed to offer more than one level of care on a single campus. We offer a range of housing, from seniors who want an increased sense of community and connection. Living at the Neighborhood also means living where extra support is available at the same location – should you ever need it. Supportive Care at The Neighborhood is part of The Neighborhood in Rio Rancho which provides all levels of care on-site so the changing needs residents are met without having to relocate. Residents enjoy peace of mind because they receive lifetime housing, have predictable health care costs, and lifetime financial protection. Our community focuses on active lifestyles and opportunities for seniors to get involved, be a part of their neighborhood, and to give back, both to The Neighborhood and to Rio Rancho as a whole.
