🐶 Reverse Sneezing in Dogs

If your dog suddenly starts making loud snorting or honking sounds, they may be having a reverse sneeze. It looks scary, but it’s usually harmless and only lasts a few seconds.

✅ Quick way to stop it:
Gently cover one nostril for a second or two. This usually makes your dog swallow and helps stop the episode.

Most dogs recover immediately and go back to normal.

⚠️ If it happens very often or lasts longer than a minute, it’s a good idea to check with your vet.
