▪️Want to have trust from your kids, peers, colleagues…

… consistently show up for yourself/ partner/ kids/ peers/ colleagues, hold boundaries, show compassion, keep promises, communicate. Be consistent with your words, actions and gestures. Make sure you’re around others doing the same. If someone isn’t consistent in your life, they aren’t worthy of your trust.
