Hey everyone!
Long post ahead to clarify some things.
•I usually work 5-6 hours hands-on each day, which can fill up quickly depending on the length of appointments scheduled per day. When I say I am booking appointments one to two weeks in advance, I do my best to let you all know so you don’t leave and not have an appointment scheduled for the future. I usually try to let everyone know before they leave that it is a week or two out to schedule from the time you message me, so that you can get your preferred time/day. It is VERY hard for me to get people in the same day/week because of the amount of hours I work a day. (I can’t work as much as a nail tech or hair stylist.) So if you reach out and I don’t have anything available, I’m sorry. I try to keep a list of who wants what, but that’s very hard when a lot of the cancellations are last minute or no shows. Usually, I am very understanding with moving appointments or canceling. (especially when it comes to sickness and the weather, I’m not perfect either; I have to move you all at times also.) If you just don’t want to come to your appointment, it’s completely fine; just please give me a heads up so I can get someone else in the spot. Don’t leave me wondering if you’re showing up.
•Due to the amount of no shows I have, I will also not be rescheduling you if you no-show me.
•15 minutes or more late to an appointment is also a cancellation/no show. If you know you’re going to be more than a few minutes late, let me know prior. We can see if I still have time to get your full appointment or if it’s best to move it. You pay for your time, I want to make sure you get it! I most likely have an appointment after you and do my best not to be super behind.
•Please be on time for appointments. If you come early, that’s fine; just message and ask me before you do! Most of you are very understanding when you have to wait a few minutes, which I REALLY appreciate, but I have a few that get a little upset. So please don’t show up 20-30 minutes early unless you have talked to me!
•Massages include 5 minutes to get undressed and on the table and 5 minutes to get up and redressed. So a 60-minute massage, you get 50 minutes hands-on. Many massage therapists will tell you that.
I hope you all understand and I don’t come off the wrong way.
Thank you all for ALWAYS supporting me.
