Ripley Funeral Home is truly blessed with many wonderful friends, and Mrs. Dora Casner—affectionately known to most as the “Cookie Lady”—is one of the finest examples. As a gift to our funeral director, William Michael Shelton, and his new bride, Mrs. Dora lovingly crocheted a beautiful afghan to grace their home.

This thoughtful gift is just one of many gifted to him, and is a reminder of the cherished friendships formed through our work in serving families. We consider it a blessing to have such dear friends, and we pray for many more years of meaningful connections and lasting friendships to come.
