Except Defeat Life Coaching I'm a special needs mom and Life Coach to those who have experienced crisis and trauma.

I specialize in empowering exceptional families to thrive by addressing their unique challenges, however my services are also extended to the non-special needs community as well. It is my purpose to help visionaries who only "dare to dream" of a more fulfilling life, transition into missionaries who "go out and create one", through support, and with compassion.

I have some great news to announce in the New Year! I have accepted a position as a Crisis Responder with Professional Care Services! In addition to continuing to pursue my MA in Human Services Counseling: Crisis Response and Trauma, I will now have specialized training in the field too!

As I am always committed to my clients and my coaching business, I want you to know that this opportunity will extend me the ability to continue to be trauma-informed and offer the most specialized coaching available for those in crisis and who have experienced trauma.
