We’ve received information from a new groundbreaking study about the Abortion Pill.
The Ethics and Public Policy Center reviewed over 860,000 insurance records that revealed almost 11% of women suffered sepsis, infection, hemorrhaging, or another serious adverse effect within 45 days following abortion using the Abortion Pill.
DURING THE PREVIOUS TWO ADMINISTRATIONS, ALL SAFEGUARDS PERTAINING TO THE ABORTION PILL WERE REMOVED. Women are receiving these drugs without seeing a doctor or any healthcare provider, without an ultrasound to determine age of the pregnancy, or any supervision or follow up care, or updated warnings on the drug’s labels. Most are ordered online and sent by mail including to states like MS where abortion is illegal and they can also be obtained by minors without parental knowledge. They are bypassing the will of the people in each state. WE ARE ASKING OUR GOVERNMENT TO REINSTATE SAFEGUARDS TO PROTECT WOMEN.
