Amid the pandemic COVID-19 outbreak, City Medical Supply is committed to protecting the health and safety of our patients and our staff. We are implementing extra precautionary steps to reduce possible transmission of the virus.
Beginning immediately, we will offer curb side service for supplies and equipment. Simply call 837-6000 to place your order or schedule a time for pick up and we will have it ready for you. Prescriptions may be sent by fax to 837-9026. We are available by phone 24 hours a day in case of emergency.

-We request any person with flu-like symptoms, fever, cough, shortness of breath, or anyone that has knowingly been in contact with an infected person, please use this curb-side service and do not come into the store.

-Patients that are considered high-risk for infection are also urged to remain in their vehicle to reduce their exposure.

-We currently do not have any masks, hand sanitizers, etc as our suppliers are allocating these items to be sent to hospitals and clinics for health care workers that are at high risk of exposure. We have no estimated timeline of when these items will be available for purchase at this time.

We are sorry for any inconvenience but want to ensure that we do our part to slow the spread of this virus. Feel free to contact our office at 837-6000 for any further questions.
