🌸Spring is here, but so are seasonal Allergies 🤧 Help fight seasonal allergies...
🌸 Nasal irrigation, also known as sinus rinsing, is a practice that involves flushing the nasal passages with a saline solution to clear mucus, allergens, and debris. It can be performed using devices like neti pots, squeeze bottles, or bulb syringes. The saline solution pushes through one nostril and out the other.
🌸 Remove clothes you've worn outside and shower to rinse pollen from your skin and hair. Don't hang laundry outside — pollen can stick to sheets and towels.
🌸 There are significantly higher pollen counts during dry, windy weather, increased humidity, and thunderstorms which can worsen symptoms. Additionally, poor air quality, exposure to mold and mildew, and even stress can contribute to worsening allergies.
