Working on a Mandala flow this week. This one is definitely working my brain too. 🤓 The word mandala itself simply means "circle" in Sanskrit. In this flow we begin at the top of the mat and flow to a set sequence reaching a middle point that then allows us to back out of that same sequence to the back of the mat facing the opposite direction, then repeat beginning at the back of the mat with same foot you started on to the top of the mat, making a circle if you will, beginning on one foot and ending with the other. Then repeat beginning with the side you ended on/opposite sides. See..working your brain 🧠🧐. We’ll be working on this all week so join me on your mats!
