Any loss is devastating, but the tragic loss of a young child in a small community is immense. Our thoughts and prayers go out to the Zodrow family while they process the loss of their son, Emmet.

For those wishing to help, the Green Lake Area Chamber of Commerce is accepting donations on the family’s behalf. Checks can be made out to the Zodrow Family and mailed or dropped off at: 550 Mill Street, PO Box 337, Green Lake, WI 54941

It is such an honor to continue being on the Board of Director as Treasurer of such an amazing group of local women! Professional Women's Connection - Ripon/Green Lake Chapter gave away 3 scholarships to local young women (2 pictured) and we celebrated a successful year of amazing programs. 🥂🌺💜🩷

Our organization is filled with so many strong & inspiring professionals!

We’d like to introduce you to Kristy Martin, Treasurer of our Chapter’s Board.

Kristy is the Owner of Divine Passage Funeral Home in Ripon. She is a WI Licensed Funeral Director, WI Licensed Embalmer, WI Life Intermediary, & WI Licensed for Burial Agreements.

Kristy says, “I never thought in a million years I would work in funeral service. I was a full time student at Marian when a local funeral home was hiring an apprentice. I was hired there, and today I am going on 27 years (in the industry).”

She loves that Professional Women’s Connections provides friendship, networking, and the chance to hear others’ journeys.

When asked what advice she would give to other women, she said, “Don’t ever give up! Trust in the process and have faith all will work out for the good. Good things come to good people. And everything happens for a reason.”
