Spa Etiquette:
*To best accommodate you, we ask that you arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to ensure the full duration of your spa services. You will be asked to fill out a short questionnaire which help the therapist get to know you better and meet your needs. As a courtesy to the next guest, all treatments end at the scheduled time. If you arrive late for your service
, treatment will be modified to fit the remaining time.
*There is a 24-hour cancellation policy on appointments scheduled 48 hours or more ahead of time. Please, give at least a 1 hour notice in order to adapt the schedule for other clients. If you are late, your massage time may be shortened in order to comply with the Spa schedule. Contact the Spa by phone or text at 870-550-0071, not by email or social media. I respectfully ask for all clients to strictly follow these guidelines so that we do not have to charge cancellation/late fees in the future.
*After Hour appointments are available. Please contact for availability.
*Gift Certificates are available! Feedback and gratuities are always appreciated. A customary gratuity is similar to that given for fine dining - in the range of 15 - 20%.
*Guest under 16 must be accompanied by a guardian.
*2 Therapists Couple's Massages are only available scheduling by call or text and with a week notice if possible.
*As the seasons change, different creams, scrubs, and oils will be changed and offered in order to benefit the client’s needs. Adding a Massage after a body treatment is highly recommended! COVID/ILLNESS Policy:
Masks are required to be worn during the duration of the time in the Spa when positive cases are high in the area. The Spa will follow CDC guidelines. Ask what the current policy is at time of appointment and plan ahead of time. If you are unable to wear a mask, please let the therapist know. You will be asked to sanitize; the therapist will wear a mask; and sanitize the areas thoroughly before & after treatment. Please be honest, respectful, and mindful of our business and our clients. If you have been exposed to COVID/any viruses, have symptoms, or a temperature of 100*F or higher 48 hours prior to appointment, we ask that you respectfully wait 2 weeks after symptoms occur to book a massage. If you have traveled out of the country or to an area with a high rate of infection within the last 2 weeks we ask that you wait to book a massage until 2 weeks after your return to the area.
