A little late of a post but on 9/24/25 Hospice gave our Vietnam Veterans a wonderful Welcome Home Ceremony! They had wonderful food and drinks and all received a certificate of honorable service in a Frame! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts ❤️❤️ We Love you ALL

Today our Wonderful NEWLY CERTIFIED ACTIVITIES DIRECTOR Holly planned for our Residents to venture to the great outdoors to the Wayne County Fair! It was definitely a tug at the heart strings to watch them pet the animals, eat the delicious food, the bus ride full of singing , laughing and making jokes! It was one to remember ❤️

Today we had a VERY busy day! We started the day with Donuts with Daughters for National Daughter day and ended with a FALL SESONAL COFFEE DAY also and it was a huge success!!!☕️☕️🧋

Yesterday 8/28 was TYE-DYE day for our Autumnwood team! It was gloomy and chilly but we shined bright as a rainbow!(literally🩷💛💙)

Oh the laughter had and memories made will forever be our FAVORITE. Our end of SUMMER BASH was a success! A huge thank you to Grace Hospice for the raffle basket and to Sanctuary Hospice for their raffle basket and station for snow cones!
