Benjamin is a young, fun, engaging and energetic guy who was getting married in Italy! His eyelids looked heavy and didn’t convey his beaming personality. We did his upper lids, in the office and he looked amazing for the wedding!

🤑 Cost: $5,750-$8,000 for upper lids. We accept PatientFi and Care Credit Financing.⁠

😜 Downtime: 2 weeks for bruising, 6 weeks for swelling. If you are going to be center of attention at a wedding, I like to say 3 months, just to be on the safe side.

🥴 Anesthesia: I do almost all my upper eyelids in the office with an oral relaxing medication, and then I numb the lids so that you don’t feel anything. Your eyes are closed the whole time, so you don’t see anything. You can hear me sing, but I sound amazing after you take 3 happy pills. If you’re really nervous, you can do it with twilight sedation (no need for general anesthesia) - whatever is best for you!

This young lovely patient came to me with droopy and heavy upper eyelids.
An upper eyelid blepharoplasty takes about 25-35 minutes and is done in the office. The results for her look amazing! Subtle, natural and refreshed.

You’re never too young for eyelid surgery! I commonly see patients in their 20s, 30s and 40s with heavy upper eyelids that feel amazing after upper lid surgery.

Like a lot of other patients, this beautiful 28-year-old felt that her heavy eyelids didn’t convey how much energy she had and it certainly didn’t make putting makeup on easy.

Here she is only 12 days after surgery—still healing, but already looking brighter, more open, and more like herself.

Every patient is different. It’s not about age—it’s about your eyelids, your comfort, and what makes you feel confident.

I just got back from the SDARTs conference in sunny San Diego—and wow, my brain is buzzing (in a good way).

It was great to learn some of the newest trends in cosmetic surgery and Regenerative Medicine. But to be honest, I’m staying away from the fads. Personally, I want to ensure the safety of procedures before doing them on my patients.

The best part was developing friendships with some of the best oculoplastic surgeons around the country.

Denise had her eyelids done many years ago (with another doctor), but the lids slowly crept back down — making driving and everyday life harder.

We talked, planned, and did a revision blepharoplasty as well as ptosis repair in the office.

3 months later - She is healing beautifully. Her lids are lifted, symmetric, her confidence is back, and she can finally keep her eyes open behind the wheel (good luck on Route 4) 🚗💨

Another beautiful but subtle transformation.

This nice patient came to me because her upper eyelids had been getting heavier and droopier over the years.

I did an upper lid blepharoplasty, and 3 months later... hello, brighter eyes!

She still looks like herself—just more rested and refreshed.

Our super fun patient had an upper and lower eyelid bleph 5 months ago — and today she came in for a little finishing touch - a few sprinkles of tox, wahoo! 💉

She is looking F.A.B.U.L.O.U.S!! .. And I’m so excited for her!
Her Upper lids look brighter and more awake - and now she is able to strut her lash extensions.. and her lower lids are looking so much smoother without the bags under her eyes.

Nicole loves complementing these treatments. Surgery gives us the canvas, and non-surgical treatments are like the final brushstroke.

Hey Team! Fourteen years. That’s how long this lower lid skin cancer was growing before it came our way. 😳 (Yep, we were shocked too.)

After Mohs surgery, I rebuilt the eyelid using a Hughes flap—a clever technique where upper lid tissue helps repair the lower lid.

Now, it’s healing beautifully—eye protected, lid functioning, and looking better every day.

Grateful for patients who trust us with such important repairs—and always amazed at what eyelid tissue can do when given the right support.
