This year, the Free Clinic dispensed 2859 medications to patients in Pierce and St. Croix Counties.

Every prescription represents relief, stability, and someone able to move forward with their health.

Congratulations to Dr. Chris Tashjian on his retirement from his “day job” as a primary care physician!

While many people celebrate retirement as the finish line, we have a feeling Dr. Tashjian simply considers it… a schedule adjustment. Thankfully for our community, he continues to serve as the Volunteer Medical Director for the Free Clinic of Pierce & St. Croix Counties.

Dr. Tashjian has given countless hours caring for patients, guiding our volunteer providers, and helping ensure our neighbors in need have access to compassionate medical care.

So yes — today we celebrate his retirement. But we’re even more grateful that his commitment to serving our community is far from retired.

Thank you, Dr. Tashjian, for your heart, leadership, and dedication. Our patients and our community are better because of you.
