Happy Sunday!! This week, we would love to have you join us for our weekly classes, a Community Grief Circle, Community Acupuncture, *freewill donation based* Journey Within Guided Meditation, Rooted Through Change, and a Cacao Ceremony!

As we move into June, we will offer two Community Grief Circles, 2 *freewill donation based* Journey Within Meditations, a Sound Bath, a Summer Solstice Gathering, Kirtan, a Vision Board Workshop, *free* Karma Yoga, a Cacao Ceremony, AND a High Vibe Meditation Night! It's going to be a great month!

As always, you can join us in the studio to "Pair It Up!" (take 2 classes or workshops in a week and save $5!). Add both classes to your cart and enter code "PairItUp$5" at checkout!

There are moments in a woman’s life when the old world begins to dissolve.

An identity unravels. A role completes. A path closes. A deeper call begins to whisper. These are not accidents. They are initiations.

Rooted Through Change is a ceremonial circle for women standing at the edge of change — the in-between space where clarity has not yet fully formed, but the old self can no longer remain. Together, we gather in circle — not to fix one another, but to witness, hold, and honor the becoming.

Join Andrea Gerrard in sacred circle for a radiant Summer Solstice celebration! As the sun reaches its peak, we gather to remember the light that moves to us, through us, and beyond us. Together, we will move gently to welcome the warmth of the sun, share and honor the light we have received from others, and participate in a collective ritual to honor the full circle of radiance that is possible when we come together in community.
