Our next Community Spirit Circle is less than 2 weeks away!

Join Lisa Dempsey in the studio one Saturday each month to find inspiration, encouragement, connection, support, and new perspectives as you explore life’s changes, challenges, and triumphs in a small group setting. This group will explore a variety of topics, with the intention of empowering attendees as individuals and as a group. All are welcome to attend!

Happy Sunday and happy October! We have a great month ahead!

This week, in addition to our regular weekly classes, you can join us in the studio for a Community Grief Circle, Community Acupuncture, and a High Vibe Drumming Circle!

Beginning this Thursday, our Thursday evening yoga is changing times and formats! Starting October 2nd, you can meet Heather on your mat at 6:45 pm for a weekly Candlelight Yoga Flow (think slow, flowy movements, deep stretching, and relaxation!).

Later this month, you can join us for a Community Spirit Circle, Inside Flow Yoga, a Body Wisdom class, a Chakra Balancing Workshop, and *free* Karma Yoga!

There are a few days left to take advantage of our September special...enjoy one $10 drop in to a weekly class/person! This can be applied to any of our weekly yoga or strength classes (the exception is Wednesday morning Strength & Stretch, which is always only $5!). It's the perfect time to join us to try out a new format or instructor, or to get a great deal on one of your favorite classes! Use coupon code "September$10!" to access your $10 class!

Beginning in October, join us to "Pair It Up!" Take any 2 classes within a week and receive $5 off! This will apply to specialty classes and drop ins for our weekly classes (it cannot be used with class packs). Register online (for both classes at once) and use coupon code: "PairItUp$5" at checkout.

Have you tried Inside Flow Yoga? It is a beautiful (and fun!) practice where we move, breathe, and flow together, with all of our movements based on the beat and theme of the music. These yoga based flows look and feel like dance, but no special dance skills (or moves!) are required! Come ready to flow, connect, and have fun on your mat!

Are you looking for a fun, unique way to kick off your weekend? Our High Vibe Drumming Circle is happening next Friday, October 3rd!!

Take some time to catch your breath, relax and recharge after a busy week, slow down, find focus, and raise your vibration!

Research has proven that drumming can accelerate healing, boost the immune system, and aid in releasing emotional trauma. In today’s world, we can all use more of that! In this class we will use the power of the drum to find focus, open up the heart, and step into new energy of self healing and manifestation. Jay's drum circles are always full of energy, connections (mind/body AND community), and fun!

You can bring your own drum, borrow one of ours, or just kick back and take in the vibrations surrounding you. No experience is necessary!

Join our friends at the Abundant Yoga Community in Hudson this Sunday, September 28th, for their *free* "Fall for Yoga" Open House & Fundraiser! It will be a lovely day full of mini-sessions & classes, wellness vendors, a raffle, tea & snacks, with all donations benefitting AYC.

*The Abundant Yoga Community's mission is to reach people who might have limited access to commercial yoga studios due to financial or geographical constraints. They provide trainings, grants, scholarships, and free classes and events to help make yoga accessible in our community.

Ladies' Night Out is happening TOMORROW night!

We're excited to join with many local businesses who are providing deals, drawings, pampering, and fun for the amazing women in our community! Explore downtown and stop in to see us in Healing Roots' studio anytime between 4-8 pm for drawings, *free* mini treatments (acupuncture, reiki, and 5 minute massages), adult coloring, and fun swag bags for our first 30 visitors. Local artist, Tracy Herlache (find her on Instagram ), will also be joining us with her gorgeous paintings. We'd love to see you there!

Happy Fall! We have a number of fun and unique classes and events on our schedule this week as we celebrate the change of seasons! In addition to our regular weekly classes, you can join us in the studio for a High Vibe Meditation Night, a Community Grief Circle, Community Acupuncture, RFBL's Ladies' Night Out, a Fall Equinox Gathering, *free* Karma Yoga, AND a Sound Bath (with Harmony Hands Reiki). Our friends at the Abundant Yoga Community are also offering a *free* "Fall for Yoga" fundraising event (at Inspiring Actions, Hudson)!

Next month, you can join us for a High Vibe Drumming Circle, a Community Spirit Circle, Inside Flow Yoga, a Body Wisdom class, a Chakra Balancing Workshop, and *free* Karma Yoga!
