Along my journey of intentional bodywork I've learned that my ultimate goal is not to become bulletproof but rather a more resilient human being. I'm never going to be able to perfectly control the external environment, so the real challenge lies within being able to adapt to new challenges, using knowledge to forge new neurological pathways while also knowing how to shift my nervous system into a state where I can just trust my body's own healing power.
I haven't been scheduling many clients due to an acute knee injury but I am happy to report I am feeling quite STRONG 💪 now! I still have openings left this wrek Friday and Saturday so hit me up if you want to get in!

The sternocleidomastoids can sure be a bully! Rounded shoulders and forward head posture are often associated with short/tight SCMs, so with "tech neck" all too common these days, it's one I'm usually going after.

Omg my prenatal table finally came!! The cutout gives room for growing bellies while the mesh provides support so you can still lie facedown. Come bring in your pregnant bellies, food babies, quarantine thickness or whatever else cause 2021 is the year we are UNAPOLOGETICALLY taking up space
