I hosted a private guided meditation and sound bath for .your_intention a few days ago and a part meditation keeps sticking out to me. I thought I would share it.

There is so much peace in presence, the present moment is where your life is unfolding….can you practice a few acts of truly being present today?

Just be. Don’t think of what you have to do, or what is coming. Don’t go back to the past. Just pause, take a few deep breaths. Sink into and enjoy the present moment. Give yourself 10 minutes. Notice your breath, any sounds, your heart, the clarity.

In a world that is so fast paced and constantly moving your body, mind and soul could use a moment of peace and wholeness💫
