Prolong Sitting - Remember to get up and move to improve your circulation!

Whether working from home or binge-watching your favorite TV show. It's important to know that blood circulation slows when you sit for long periods of time. This can lead to blood clots or deep vein thrombosis (DVT).

Remember to get up and move around 🚶‍♂️🚶‍♀️, at least every couple of hours to get your blood flowing! Use your smartwatch or phone to set your alarm as a reminder.

NOT A CLOTHING RACK; If You Have a Treadmill Use It!

If anyone has ever said they use their treadmill as a clothing rack and just throw clothes on it. Say to them, not a clothing rack!

Running or speed walking outside is another great alternative to using a treadmill!!

It can help you LOSE WEIGHT, STRENGTHEN YOUR HEART, and IMPROVE YOUR ENDURANCE AND STAMINA!!!
