Today’s Session Included:
Sled Pushes & Pulls – Power and conditioning.
Overhead Slam Ball Throws (60 lb) – Total-body strength and shoulder stability.
Shot Puts with Slam Ball (60 lb) – Rotational strength and core power.
Farmers Walks (80 lbs each hand) – Grip, core, and posture.
Jump Rope (2 lb rope) – Cardio, coordination, and bone density.
Mace Upper Body Work – Shoulder mobility and joint health.
Tip:
Mixing power, endurance, and mobility drills like these helps build a body that stays strong and capable well into later years.
