Advanced is comprehensive wellness and health center located in Riverdale, New Jersey. Our 18 Newark Pompton Turnpike office is home to Advanced Sports Medicine and Physical Therapy, Advanced Fitness and Wellness and the Kids’ Therapy Center. Our clinic is dedicated to the health and wellbeing of Northern New Jersey patients, individuals, athletes and their families.
Founded by Dr. Christine Foss and Dr. Glenn Foss, the North Jersey chiropractic and physical therapy center offers dozens of services to get individuals started on their wellness journey. The clinicians at Advanced Sports Medicine and Physical Therapy are dedicated to helping you achieve your wellness objectives through combined skills and expertise that spans the entire chiropractic, sports medicine, rehabilitative, acupuncture, physical therapy, conditioning and wellness spectrum. In addition to helping individuals rehabilitate and live pain free lives, Advanced also offers a top-of-the-line wellness and fitness center, Advanced Fitness and Wellness. Our facility services athletes and families of the Riverdale, Wayne, Pompton Plains and Pequannock, NJ, areas.
Advanced’s fitness programs are for athletes and individuals of all fitness levels, offering personal training, elite athlete training, group fitness classes, including spin and barre, speed and agility training, athlete return-to-play and introductory functional training for those just starting out in their fitness journey or returning from an injury.
