🌟 Business Spotlight: The Kinder Coop 🌟
Meet Ms. Cash, owner and teacher of .kinder.coop! She graduated from Weber State University with dual degrees in Early Childhood Education and Elementary Education. She holds active teaching licenses in Utah and Washington and brings experience as a Teacher’s Aide (K-5), SPED Para, Reading Resource Teacher, All-Day Kindergarten Teacher, Lead Teacher, Preschool Student Teacher, 1st Grade Student Teacher, and homeschool educator (K-4). Even with all that experience — Kindergarten has always had her heart. 🤍
The Kinder Coop creates a true love for learning by blending cross-curriculum academics with hands-on, play-based exploration. Students rotate through engaging learning zones including an art center, science center, book nook, writing center, dramatic play, building zone, learning wall, and classroom market. Small class sizes ensure each child receives individualized attention and support.
Outside, the magic continues! Nestled next to a real chicken coop, students help feed chickens and collect eggs daily. They participate in themed unit studies and experience real-life life cycles of frogs, chicks, and butterflies. Raised garden beds give each child their own planting space from the “seed center,” and outdoor play areas include a mud kitchen, dirt pit, scooter track, fairy garden, playground, and imagination station.
Classes are offered for 5–6 year olds (must be 5 by Sept. 1, 2026), with PM half-day classes Monday–Friday from 12:00–3:30pm. The Kinder Coop is also an approved vendor for the Utah Fits All Scholarship and HarmonyEd, with financial assistance options available.
A magical place where children grow, explore, and build a lifelong love of learning! ✨
We love you Ms. Cash! Every kid that walks through your doors are the luckiest kids!
