Connection Yoga Sanctuary is the next evolution of the community you’ve known and loved as Buddhi Yoga. This name reflects what we’ve always embodied and what we feel the world needs most right now — connection.

Connection to self. To one another. To movement, breath, and stillness.

Our classes, teachers, and heart remain the same. Grounded, genuine, and full of warmth. This is who we’ve always been, and now our name says it out loud.
