For some, researching a therapist and making the call for an appointment is the first and hardest step. I hope to offer you a safe and caring environment where you can work on healing, growing and exploring the areas of your life that affect you. Using a variety of approaches, I have experience addressing trauma/PTSD, anxiety disorders, depression, addiction and recovery, divorce, behavior modification, relationship issues, stress management and grief/loss. I work with each client to develop and work towards achieving personal goals. My goal is to provide counseling, support and education in a compassionate environment where personal growth and change can take place
