WOMEN’S WORK. Elderberry Season with friends, old and new. Spring’s elderflowers gave us the immune power of elderberries, now transformed into juice and syrup. We are ready for the colds and maladies of winter! Thank you, ladies, for a wonderful day!

And here’s the recipe for the Elderberry Grapefruit OLD FASHIONED that helped us through 7 barrels of berries:

2 shots pink grapefruit juice
2 tablespoons elderberry syrup
1-2 shots bourbon
2-3 drops bitters

Mix, shake and serve over a big ice cube.

Getting ready to take our data on ICG-Cystoscopy to the International Gynecologic Cancer Society meeting in Dublin this October.
