March is National Colorectal Cancer Awareness Month, and we're proud to stand with our community to raise awareness. Colorectal Cancer is the second-leading cause of cancer deaths in the U.S. and now the leading cause of cancer deaths in adults under 50.

The good news? It is one of the most preventable cancers when caught early. Early detection saves lives, and we're here to support you every step of the way. We’re standing ready with the resources our extraordinary community deserves:

💙 We partner with the Cancer Services Program of Suffolk County to offer free cancer screenings to uninsured residents who meet eligibility requirements.

💙 Our Cancer Survivorship Program, recently certified by the American College of Surgeons Commission on Cancer, is here ensure you have access to the resources and support necessary to thrive beyond cancer.

What a success! We enrolled many clients into the Cancer Services Program of Suffolk County for their colorectal cancer screening! 💙

Our Free Colorectal Screening Event at New Jerusalem Church last weekend made it possible for 36 community members to get screened for colorectal cancer, providing critical access to preventive care. Colorectal cancer is on the rise, and our staff generously volunteered their time to help ensure everyone in our community gets the life-saving care they need. Thank you to everyone on our team who worked tirelessly to plan this event in recognition of Colorectal Cancer Awareness month. Your efforts are building a healthier future for Eastern Suffolk County!
