Think twice before sipping that sports or energy drink 🥤🦷
Studies show these drinks can damage tooth enamel and increase cavity risk—especially in kids and teens. Energy drinks like Monster, Rockstar, and Red Bull can cause twice the enamel loss of sports drinks like Gatorade or Powerade.

Even one drink a day can be harmful. These beverages are high in sugar and acid, which wear down enamel and lead to cavities and sensitivity.

Tips to protect your smile:
