Pop psychology vs. Actual psychology. As mental health practitioners we have to distinguish ourselves and help our clients, patients and group members understand the true meaning of these “buzz words.” There are alot of armchair therapists out there! A licensed mental health practitioner can guide and change the conversation for these and other “hot psych topics.”

To all our veteran service men, women, and service people who have dedicated part of their lives or entire lives to serve their country. On this day as a country, we salute you, and praise you for your work and dedication to the nation.

One day is, and will never be enough to honor you for the sacrifices you and your families have made so we might enjoy the freedoms we have.
