This morning’s flow was a love letter to the heart 💕
In the spirit of February, we focused on heart opening poses —by not collapsing or rounding the shoulders, but by expanding the chest and creating space. True heart openers come from lifting the sternum, widening the collarbones, and supporting the shape with a strong back body.
When we make space across the chest, we breathe more fully, stand taller, and practice a quieter kind of self-love. One that says: I’m supported, I’m open, and I don’t have to force it.
Love isn’t just something we give away. Sometimes it’s something we create space for within ourselves 💖
