🔥 Hot Power Yoga 🔥 is a high-intensity practice performed in a heated room. This class features faster-paced flows, longer holds, and strength-building sequences designed to increase endurance, focus, and mental resilience. Students will move through challenging transitions, powerful standing sequences, core work, and opportunities for arm balances and inversions. The heat helps warm the muscles, deepen mobility, and significantly elevate the cardiovascular demand. Breaks, hydration, and modifications are encouraged as needed.
