To kick off the New Year, my blues/rock group, Lookin’ For Trouble is dropping the first single from our new album.
“Some Blues Goin’ Down” is the title track and pretty much sets the tone for what this record is about — groove, grit, dynamics, and a whole lot of feel. It’s blues-rock that knows when to lean back, when to dig in, and when to let it rip.
We kept the video moody and atmospheric to match the song — no flash, no gimmicks, just a vibe that lets the music do the talking.
This is the first taste of our new album, Some Blues Goin’ Down, being released 01/01/2026.

🌟 Big News from Live Jam Events! 🌟

Well, our little nonprofit Live Jam Events is starting to make some waves! 🎉

At our one-year anniversary concert last night, we were honored to receive recognition from the City of Menifee, the California State Senate, and the California State Assembly. 🙌

I couldn’t be prouder of our amazing team for putting in the time, heart, and creativity to bring music, art, and culinary talent to our community. What started as a small idea has turned into something truly special — and we’re just getting started!

Each month we’re growing bigger, better, and bolder — showcasing a different genre of music to keep things fresh and highlight the incredible talent we have right here in Southern California. 🎸🎨🍴

Huge thanks to my fellow conspirators; Monica J Burrola-Carli, Andrea Carli, Tony Reverditto, Naomi Temple, & everyone who’s supported us along the way — the artists, musicians, vendors, sponsors, and the Menifee community. You’re the reason this works! 💛

It’s hard to believe, but our little rag-tag organization, Live Jam Events, is turning ONE — and we’re throwing a party you won’t want to miss! Join us for an unforgettable evening of live music, food, and art as we celebrate a full year of bringing creativity and community together in Menifee.

🎀 The festivities kick off indoors at 5:30 PM with a special ribbon cutting by the Menifee Valley Chamber of Commerce to officially mark our anniversary!

As most of us do with our businesses, we at West Star try to give each client exactly what they are requesting and go above and beyond when we are able. So, it was awesome that my most recent client "IT Computer WizKids" sent me a very nice email. They have developed programs & classes to teach kids the latest technology. Something badly needed today. The owner wrote: "I just wanted to thank Greg Conte personally for being so attentive to IT Computer Wiz Kids needs and our many requests. I had been struggling with the idea of hiring someone to update my website for a while. I was going to handle it myself, but I quickly realized that it was not a good use of my time, considering the steep learning curve. I was impressed with the amount of services he provided and how easy it was to talk to him, and he made the whole experience for me a pleasure. I am looking forward to the next stage of my site improvements. Seriously, if you need a small update or a total revision, you have to call West Star Entertainment Group first!"

Yes, Lookin' For Trouble is doing it again. We will be at Tartan of Redlands tomorrow night, knocking out some blues for the masses. Got some new tunes and some old favorites. So, if you are in the area, come on out. Downtown Redlands is a hip place with shops, bars & restaurants and a great place to hang out.
