Hello! I’m feeling better this past week. My body is healing and I have been resting, meditating, and playing with Uma, Leo, and Lucy. I have also been taking short walks and lying on the ground outside. Happy Full Moon in Leo! 😻🩷🙏

I fell on some ice while hiking and injured my shoulder. Lucy the Wonder Cat has been amazing!!! The first night of my fall she laid across my heart and my swollen shoulder making it possible for me to get downstairs to the restroom. She worked on me again last night and my pain lessened. The animals have a presence and healing ways that are so powerful. I love her!! 🩷💜⭐️🙏😻🥰

Raw Vegan Taco Salad!!! The key to this cauliflower is from Chris Kendall Raw Advantage! Freeze the cauliflower the night before to make it taste cooked! I also added lemon juice and Mexican seasoning to the cauliflower rice. The red cabbage slaw had carrots, red cabbage, radishes, lime, and orange juice soaked overnight. Of course cilantro and parsley added flavor as well as avocado. I used lime juice as my dressing! 💜🩷💓🌲
