Our very own Jaime Zap Ehrenberg starts her next Attune session SOON!
This week, as my husband and I navigated unexpected financial costs with surgery for our dog and I made the decision to postpone the October retreat, I noticed something powerful had shifted in my body.
A year ago, I would have felt contraction, constriction, anxiety, and worry. Now, on my morning walk, I realized all of that was absent.
For the last eight years, I’ve been devoted to nervous system and embodiment work, and earlier this year I completed my training as an embodiment coach. I can feel how all of that practice and integration is what allows my system to respond differently now.
I’ve shared this before, but it continues to amaze me: even if we do deep mental, emotional, or energetic healing, our bodies still carry so much. How we hold ourselves, how we respond, how we move through challenge— it all lives in the body.
And with this clarity, I’m even more excited to open the next round of Attune.
✨ We begin Wednesday, October 22, with a break for the Thanksgiving holiday week.
Attune is an 8-week group program to help you reconnect with your body, your nervous system, and your intuition. Through guided practices, supportive community, and consistent repetition, you’ll learn to listen deeply and respond with more ease, balance, and joy.
Here’s how one past participant described their experience:
“Through Attune, I’ve gained so many accessible tools that have changed the way I listen to my body, understand myself, and respond to life. I now have the ability to meet stressful situations with more presence and curiosity instead of judgment, and I can hear what my body truly needs. This has deepened my self-awareness, strengthened my intuition, and improved how I relate to others.”
Attune isn’t just for those who feel blocked or dysregulated—it’s for anyone who longs to live more fully attuned to their inner knowing and body, with greater awareness, peace, and possibility.
